Our building is one of a growing number of sustainability champions, striving to improve our efficiency performance through a range of project initiatives. Our master plan incorporates future sustainability projects

NABERS
National Australian Built Energy rating system. Our buildings current adjusted ratings are:
Energy 1.7 Stars
Water 4.7 Stars -
Lighting upgrades
90 percent of our building’s common lighting is now LED resulting in significant energy savings.

Utilities monitoring
Our building’s utility usage including power, gas and water is tracked and reported on a regular basis.

Recycling
Our building’s recycling performance has improved with active resident engagement and we continue to expand our recycling streams for residents to reduce waste to landfill.

Strawberry Hills Exchange
In 2023 we were a part of a research project into supporting a strata circular economy initiative, including stakeholders like; Good for the Hood and Rosella Street. We have now established our own shared marketplace hub.

Smart Green Apartments
We are a member of the City of Sydney’s Smart Green Apartments network, whereby assists in improving our sustainability performance

EVR grant
We have applied for the recent NSW EVReady grants and if successful, plan to provide the EV charging infrastructure to enable our residents to access this important amenity.

Greenpower
We are planning a 2 year program to change our buildings common power usage to 100% Greenpower.
