Is there a building manager?
Parc Belvoir has a part time resident building manager who manages building matters and is available to residents. His contact details are available on this site.

How many owners live here?
About 60% of our residences are owner occupied. Tenants usually stay for an extended period.

Is parking available?
We have secure parking in our basement car park, with nineteen car spaces owned and allocated to designated apartments. There is also a loading dock and commercial parking. No visitor or disabled parking is available in the building.

How many units are there?
The residential strata has forty apartments, including eight dual level apartments, ten two bedroom apartments, ten one bedroom apartments and twelve studios. The lower two floors of the building are occupied by the offices of the Presbyterian Church of Australia.

Is the building pet friendly?
We are a pet friendly building, with pets welcomed, supported by a pet bylaw. Residents must register their pets.

What amenities are available?
We have a range of building amenities including a loading dock, rooftop deck (level five) and car wash bay.

What is public transport like?
Buses run along Chalmers, Elizabeth and Cleveland Streets, the Light Rail is on Devonshire Street, and of course trains are at Central Station. Surry Hills also has access to various car share services. All services are within easy walking distance of our building.
