Our building is working towards providing EV charging for owners. We are part of an EV charging research project and plan to have our EV charging infrastructure established in 2025.
EV charging grant.
The Reliable, Affordable, Clean Energy (RACE) 2030 industry initiative is supporting the establishment of level 1 EV charging infrastructure in strata. Our building is participating in the project with the provision of a charging distribution network to car space owners.
EV infrastructure plan
We have developed both a detailed technical and administrative plan for the implementation of EV chargers for owners. This includes; necessary approvals, costings, administrative & safety protocols and operational arrangements for the support of owners choosing electric vehicles.
EV budget.
Our EVCI budget is based on a user pays model, where the co-funding requirements of the grant, are supported by early adopter owners. The initial grant will support these owners, with post owner adopters required to pay equivalent registration fees to join.

Fire Safety protocols
